The A-List Stalk Style

With New York being a style capital of the Country, the streets serve as our canvas for style at its peak.  Check it out as Atrium hits the streets of New York to give you some amazing street style photos, because in this city people watching serves as an activity.

Meet Erin Baskin. We spotted Erin walking down Greene Street and instantly knew there was something special about her. Fashion blogger, music lover, and appreciator of all things beautiful – Erin’s lightweight dress seems effortless yet sticks to her fab sense of style. Top it off with some low sleek sandals, you know that she’s a true New York native.

When strolling through Soho in the spring, you will find amazing style. Meet Lea, a Fashion Stylist from NYC who knows EXACTLY how to rock the latest trends. The neon (tucked in) pink tank with a sheer rocker-type skirt is just fabulous. Her 1970s inspired headband with her bold blue shoulder bag adds the perfect finish to her look. Top it off with a pink lip and you’ve got the epitome of a boho rocker – how can you not adore this outfit?!

Look at this picture, what stands out?! Yes I know… there is just WAY too much awesomeness going on here. Is it his unique hair-do or super styling outfit? Either way both are a real eye catcher. I was taking a stroll in Soho enjoying the amazing Spring weather when I spotted Rashad. His coated skinny jeans with a tucked in black tee layered with a dark denim jacket just screams out swag. Uhhh wait a minute, you can’t forget about his ripped up scarf and hip aviators – Perfect combo to finish off his look.

It’s officially the first day of Spring – so bring on the colors and light jackets! Meet Romie, whose super trendy look caught my eye as I was walking down Broadway. Her pairing of pastel skinny’s with a light tribal jacket is a perfect pair for the beautiful weather. Oh and of course you can’t help but notice her sick ombre locks as well – obsessed!

Meet Justin, the oh-so-obvious male fashionista I spotted when he was on his way to a model casting. His gray and black infinity scarf, black pea coat with tan denim creates a perfect balance of classy and trendy. Add on his striped fingerless gloves and combat boots (which his denim is tucked into might I add) and we’ve got the epitome of New York style. Now gentleman, it’s time to get on his level…

Meet Jackie, who immediately caught my eye as I was grabbing a cup of coffee on Houston Street. Her tapered olive green trousers paired with her fur/leather combo jacket was just too amazing to not document. Topped off with a chic parisian-inspired hat, Jackie illustrates the ideal transitional outfit for the crazy NY weather this season.

Color, color, color! As I was walking down Bleecker, I made a quick turn and noticed a fashionista in such fabulous bright platform heels. I love her vintage late 1960s inspired getup. Julie is super stylish and has a passion for fashion as you can tell!

I spotted Perry on her way to class at NYU. It was impossible to miss her bright red jeans similar to a pair of J Brand denim we carry at Atrium. Perry’s comfortable yet trendy look gives off the coolest Valentine’s Day spirit!

Meet Annabel. She is an NYU graduate and is currently acting and writing in the big apple. This busy bee is beyond trendy and chic – who doesn’t love her contrasting red lips with the all-black outfit!.

Ok, so I knew there was something special about this eye-catching guy…his name is Devohn Walker and is a fashion stylist in the Big Apple. He was a natural when I began taking photos of him; people like myself frequently stop him because he has such a unique and bold style. I loved his classical 50′s era inspired blazer, along with his Ralph Lauren socks. He defines elegance through his style; take notes boys…!

I was taking a walk on Bleecker Street and could not help but notice a skateboarder passing by me. Jacques was extremely friendly sharing his stories about his career and style. His tribal jacket is very similar to a Polo by Ralph Lauren jacket that we have at Atrium. Jacques is currently working at Blades. Also, he makes oil paintings and designs clothing along with graphic designs. He will be holding a show at Blades on April 5th displaying his art work. This is definitely an event you don’t want to miss!

I spotted Rachel, Marketing Director of SuperDry, while she was on a quick coffee break in Soho. Colored jeans are perfect for the season and Rachel really rocks them with her fur-collared leather jacket and patterned scarf. Her outfit is fashionable yet so easy – plus the glasses add a super trendy touch!

While I was walking down Broadway I refused to cross the street because I saw this trendy petite girl walking in my direction. I soon discovered that her name is Bethany, a make-up artist and fashion stylist. Ironically, Bethany just moved back into the city that very day! It makes perfect sense that she specializes within the make-up industry due to her engaging bright lips, and thick eye liner. She is also rocking out with vintage boots, a studded leather jacket and cut skinny jeans. Although she may be small, she sure knows how to rock out a badass look.

Introducing Gabby from NYC! She is covered top to bottom in vintage from Neiman Marcus and thrift stores. Her high-waisted trousers are perfect for the winter and can be transitioned from day to night. This trendy gal is staying warm in this frigid weather with style. Gabby works nearby at the NYU Medical Center as a research coordinator.

Meet Kana! While strolling down Broadway a bright trendy knitted scarf caught our attention. It was impossible to miss her chic leggings and her forest green peacoat. Kana is a stylish professional dancer in NYC- with long luscious locks.

Saadya was ordering some Halal food when I approached him. He was a little surprised but very flattered when I told him what I was doing. He’s a super stylish Rabbi, and also working on a top secret men’s line that will be launching in the next few weeks! Check him out at facebook.com/saadyasaadya

While in New York one is bound to see pets of all sorts dressed up just as fashionably as their owners, especially during the colder winter months. But by far the most stylish pet I’ve seen walking the Soho streets is Stitch. His bright red hand knitted sweater immediately caught my eye. I could not let street style like this pass by without taking a picture!

I spotted Fun Fere outside of Top Shop on Broadway, and was really into his cheetah print shirt. He was down to take a little impromptu photo for the blog, and come to find out he was also a stylist. Check his tumblr @ http://www.funferekoroye.tumblr.com and his twitter http://www.twitter.com/funferekoroye

Meet Youco! She was strolling down Broadway, and her orange jacket caught my eye… then the hair…and then the pants. After a few short minutes of conversation, I got her to let me take a picture of her, and her amazing outfit. She also has a hilarious blog, which you should definitely check out: http://www.Iunlike.wordpress.com!

Meet Lauren. She’s you’re favorite stylish chef, whom I spotted strolling with her bike on Spring St. I had to get a shot of her striking look, check her website http://www.biglittlenyc.com.
